Katrina Arnold, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults developing positive goals and skills, to promote positive changes. Katrina earned a Bachelor degree in Sociology/Child & Family Studies, from UW-Stevens Point, and a Master degree from UW-Oshkosh in Social Work (MSW). After obtaining 4000 clinical hours of advanced learning with the Department of Social Services, Department of Public Instruction, and in private practice mental health practice, Katrina became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Wisconsin.
Katrina enjoys working with various ethnicities, genders, and children/teens, ages 5–18, and their families using a positive strength-based approach. Together we develop goals to work towards, and a plan of service to use in counseling. Katrina has helped clients with depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, social and relational skills, anger management, and other disorders. She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure therapy, family systems therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), depending on the needs of the individual and their goals in therapy.
